To make sure you will have a pleasant stay in our Sun House and to prevent any misunderstanding, please read the house rules. When you confirm a reservation, it is implied that you are familiar and agree with the house rules, and that you will fully adhere to them.

The apartments can accommodate up to 5 (five) adults and one child up to 3 (three) years of age in a portable bed (dimension 120 x 60 cm). All children are welcome. Children under 3 (three) years of age stay free of charge. Children over 3 (three) years of age are treated as adults and sleep on existing beds. Extra beds are not possible in the accommodation.

On the day of the arrival, the guests must give to the host their identification documents (passport or personal ID) for the purpose of registration at the Police station. The documents must be returned within 24 hours. Anyone staying overnight in Slovenia must pay a tourist tax. Tourist tax is not included in the rental price and must be payed upon arrival: Adults: 2,50 € / person / day; Children (7 – 18 years): 1,25 € / person / day; Children up to 7 years: free of charge.

According to Slovenian law smoking is prohibited in closed areas – apartments, rooms, bathroom and in the common area. Please smoke outside and dispose your cigarettes accordingly.

The guests are obliged to take care of their personal things and valuables left in the accommodation. The host will not be responsible in case of any disappearance. We advise the guests to always close and lock the doors and windows when they go out.

If the guests intend to arrive after 21:00 on the first day, they must inform the host about it in order to avoid that the host proposes their accommodation to other guests thinking that the first one gave up the reservation. On the day of departure, the guests must leave the accommodation at 10:00 am at latest, in order that the host has time to prepare the accommodation for next guests. The guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged.

In case of a longer stay (8 days or more), the host will change the bed linen every 7 days. The guests are required not to disturb the peace of the host, other guests and neighbours between 22:00 pm and 6:00 am. Parties or events are not allowed in the accommodation. Pets are not allowed in the accomodation. The host has the right to cancel the reservation if guests bring pets without his / her knowledge.

The host is available to the guests during their stay for any information or assistance they may need. In case of any complaints about the quality of accommodation we advise you to contact us directly by email or telephone call.
